Effect of Drug Treatment on Serum DHBV DNA Levels. Ducks were inoculated with DHBV and treated with drug for 21 days. Serum was collected each week and assayed for DHBV DNA by semi-quantitative PCR. Each point represents the mean of 8 animals ± standard deviation.
